Trained as a chef at the French school of culinary arts Ferrandi, Zoe is a food stylist, prop stylist and author based between Paris and San Francisco. She focuses on healthy Californian cuisine: simple recipes with big flavours highlighting seasonal and local produce. 

Zoe grew up in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris where her love of food and style found a natural nurturing ground. 

Of dual nationality and a traveler at heart, she has had the chance to experience cultural and gastronomic diversity: India, Sydney and San Francisco. 

She found in California the food that speaks the most to her today: a combination of diverse cooking cultures and a creative vegetable-centric cooking style with a health-conscious approach.
